Les Goldsborough


Les Goldsborough is the Director of Planned and Major Giving at Catholic Charities of Baltimore. Previously, he directed gift planning at Loyola University Maryland, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, and Gilman School, respectively. Les began his fundraising career in 2011 as the Director of Development for the Institute for Islamic, Christian & Jewish Studies in Towson. Before transitioning to the fundraising world, he worked as a trust advisor in the wealth management industry for seventeen years - at Legg Mason Investment Counsel & Trust, Alex. Brown Capital Advisory & Trust Company, and Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company, respectively. Les started his career practicing law at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. He is a graduate of Duke University and University of Maryland School of Law and recently earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Virginia School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Les is a lifelong Baltimorean. His wife and he live in North Roland Park and have five children, ages 6 to 28 years old.


Richard Letocha


Richard Letocha assists donors to Johns Hopkins University and Medicine with bequest intentions, life incomes gifts, gifts of tangible personal property, and gifts of real estate. He has prior experience in wealth management, trust and estate administration, and law firm practice, and is a Past President of the Chesapeake Planned Giving Council. He received his Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy ["CAP"] certification in 2024 and co-leads a virtual mid-Atlantic CAP study group.


Mike Pursley


Mike is a nonprofit professional with a background in major gifts, annual funds, and prospect management and research. Currently serving as the director of major and planned giving at Maryland Public Television, Mike received an MLA from Johns Hopkins University and a BS from Salisbury University.
