This presentation will provide an overview of charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and private foundations as vehicles for charitable giving either during a donor's lifetime or at death.

Allison R. Clapp, Esq.

Allison is a trusts and estates lawyer with Stewart, Plant & Blumenthal, LLC, in Baltimore. She previously worked as an associate for Venable LLP and interned for Judge Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Ms. Clapp obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Grove City College.
