Elizabeth Green is a Member in PK Law’s Wealth Preservation Department. Ms. Green advises individuals and families on basic to sophisticated estate planning.  She works closely with her clients in preparing the necessary documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and various forms of trusts to ensure her clients’ estate planning needs and wishes are achieved. Sarah Kahl is Counsel in the Venable's Tax and Wealth Planning Group. She focuses her practice on tax and estate planning for individuals and families. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries on the proper administration of a trust under Maryland law. With her trust practice, Ms. Kahl advises trustees on how to comply with the terms of the trust document and Maryland law. She also advises trust beneficiaries on their rights with respect to a trust.
